Sooo i was driving home and wanging majorly to some bme click right when all the sudden something went wrong. One of my subs stopped hitting for the most part but was still moving due to the common chamber and there was a ticking noise. I checked with the dmm and everything reads out correctly so i didn't blow a sub(I THINK). I haven't tried it again though because its late. wtfzz could it be?

If the coil and former get warm enough the former can deform and rub or the coil can uncoil but still maintain continuity.

That combined with the couple of really hot days we have been having.
