runnin 4x6 plates in the upper poetion of my door panels..i got .75 inch jl tweets that i have to place sumwhere.....???

a pillar?

middle of door?

dash?

next to 4x6's?

I've heard some people say put it closer to your ear, I've heard other people say you want to keep it close to the mid bass speaker otherwise you'll have problems with phase or some crap like that.

You may want it very high in the a pillar, within inches of the roof, if done correctly it will pull the soundstage up.

well i ended up puttin it up by the end of the door panel up by where the the dash meets up w/ it...i tried putting it else where but it sounded way to high pitched...i think it sounds best right where it is,,, and thats all that counts....

p.s. i also suprised how well it sounds with my bs 4x6 plates...(teewts)
