trying to make a enclosure and i have a question

i wanted to make a binding post instead of drilling 2 wires into my box since i dont like using cups
i wanted to do the binding post or like the bolts and washer etc
what sort of washer and bolt and nut should i use?
like material?
when i go to home depot what do i look for?
or could it just be any sort of bolt and washer etc like zinc?
or is there a certain bolt i should get for best conductive?

Parts express sells binding posts so you dont have to make it ghetto looking with screws and washers.

They're cheap too around 5 $ depending on which ones you go with. I use them on all my enclosures.
Shipping might be an issue for you though being in Hawaii so you may want to order more than binding post. Like maybe some ofc 4 gauge wire you need for your buddies build. Yeah don't do 8 gauge to a distribution block split into 2 8 guage. I would even consider 0 or 2 awg welding wire to distribution block even better current flow and more room to grow but 4 guage will get the job done
