Traffic Question please help =(

I just got a speeding ticket for first time in a long time. How bad is it if I get a conviction? If it is bad should I just go to the driving school, paying 105 dollars? Or should I try going to court, maybe not get a conviction. I am questionng this because I want the cheapest way to pay for this ticket but not be ****ed over in life. Options on mail ticket says:

1: Pay 75 for my exact ticket get conviction

2: Pay 105 for traffic school no conviction

3: Please Not Quilty Go to Court.

Are there extra charges included with the driving school? I heard thats how they get you, but thats just hearsay. Me Id most likely pay 105 if thats the total cost. Do you do that before you go to trial? If you cna decide at the trial, id go to see if the cop shows up if he does, pay 105, if he doesnt you get off free.

Its 105 all together, I mean I had a improper backing ticket last time, and the cop was there but he didn't remember me. So I got off on it. I don't go to court unless I plead not guilty. I was just gonna say if they still gave me ticket, id say I didn't have money to pay then, and I needed a court date to delay it so they won't give me conviction for delaying it. because thats what I did for my first speeding ticket. I was just wondering whats a conviction gonna do to me if I do that

add points to your license, if you dont get tickets much dont worry.

2 points can raise insurance a good bit. this maybe a crazy thought but how about you quit speeding? now i bet you are gonna reply saying you weren't and cops are dicks

First, how much were you over? If it was 10 or under, fvcking go to court!! I was 10 over and they just threw it out.

Don't ever, EVER pay the ticket. Go to traffic school. If you just pay it off, the insurance company will find out about it and **** you. I think your rates increase for 3 years.

lol F'd over for life on a speeding ticket? pleading not guilty is swearing underoath that you didn't commit a crime, SO since you WERE speeding go to traffic school, might do you some good.

Well I went to the City Hall. they told me to go to court, they'll put me on probation if I plead guilty then. and it could be cheaper ticket. ^^ So ima just do that Thanks for info

nope. its 8pts i believe.
