Tim you wont respond to your emails, IM, or PMs. Right now you have $1500 of mine and id kind of like to know whats going on.

For anyone who doesn't know I am/was purchasing his car for $3500 and he would deliver it to Chicago where I would meet him. I paid him 1500 down and the other 2000 when I meet him. He told me we could meet up this upcoming weekend in Chicago but will not get back to me now. I sold everything I had for his car and have big plans for it but those plans will all be down the drain if he screws me over. I really hope this isn't what it looks like.

What do you guys recommend I do?

I have before and he wont answer or answer texts, I will call him again at my lunch break in 30min but I really doubt he answers. I just dont like having someone else have $1500 of my money and not answer me.

Just so we all have it clear, I am not calling Tim a scammer or a bad guy at all from the few times I did talk to him he was only nice to me

I just want him to answer me or at least tell me when and where I am to meet him.

I have a contract he actually wrote up and signed then scanned and mailed to me. Also the transaction was done on paypal not like I just mailed him a check for 1500

Dont think he'd be doing that if he wanted to scam you... Probably has some personal issues come up. It happens. But I'd be kinda pissed too if I had $1500 invested and cant even talk to the guy. Good luck getting this worked out.

I would think so too but he should have contacted me days ago to let me know there was a problem. The whole time we have been working the deals out he has been hard to get a hold of. If your going to try and sell something on a forum you should be easier to get in contact with. I am working 60hours a week to get the money for this car and I still respond to my PMs every few hours.
