Look for the positives:

- you have PLENTY of room for growth and improvements!!

- When you do get money, you'll own newer stuff than the people who had money before and bought new stuff

- living in slight poverty (as relative to the rest of the world) teaches you humility and has the potential to make you a better person

There's always something good that can come out of any situation...

and trigger.. my company offers those benefits as well.. but I think it's any schooling at all. You have to be at the company a year tho.
