Never seen those before.. Post up some pics.. How do you like them?Cory I am running a pair of Zapco i-Force 10's
Playlists are your friend.. You can have up to 255 playlists which should be enough to organize your tunes however you like.. I told you the ipod adapter was far from perfect.. You will soon understand why I think Alpine rushed it out the door, but hey, at least it works and sounds good.. And I think that's why Alpine says it's for 2004 and up units because of little things like the name and such, even though it does work with the older units.. And yes, I saw the pics.. Looks good, although I would prefer an xbox myself..I got my iPod adpater hooked up last night, but it doesn't seem very versatile, is the only way I can search is by playlists? I guess I can't do by band or album without organizing into playlists as such eh?And it would also be nice to change the source name from CD Changer to iPod
and did you check out my PS2 install?
I'm sure they work about the same.. My new W200 (which is in transit) however, with the new full-speed interface, promises to be MUCH improved over the adapter box.. No box is needed with the new interface, just a cable..Does the iPod adapter work better with your D310 than it does with my D900?
I was surprised at how small the box was, looking at pics it seemed large, I thouhg it was going to be like maybe slightly smaller than the D900 brain
Can't help you there.. It's possible that there might be some info on it in the manual, but I'm sure you've looked already.. Try looking at the Nav input section, since I recall the v.sel button having something to do with that.. It might be called TV since it knows there's no Nav system connected.. But I can't say for sure.. It's possible that you might not be able to disable it.. My D310 would list it as an option only when I had my TV tuner connected.. The only thing I can think of is possibly disabling AUX-IN in the menus and see if it goes away..And also...................... I have a source called TV that shows up when I hit source or v.sel...... do I have any way of getting rid of it (I can't see it in the menus). I don't use it, and I don't know which inputs it is using, otherwise I'd maybe plug my PS2 into it to get some use out of it
