Man I hate wireless devices sometimes.. My bluetooth phone which used to connect to my computer doesn't want to connect today, so I tried another computer, still no go.. It's frustrating as hell, and there aren't many options to fix it.. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.........

I felt no need to explain it , he knows what forums are. I didn't really get in trouble, he just pointed out to me that an *** on my monitor in plain view of anybody walking by might get me in hot water.
There are a few things I want to know about my deck...

1. I have a source called TV that I won't use. I'd like to turn it off if I can so it doesn't come up when I hit v.sel or source. I don't know which inputs it is looking at for that source either.

Somewhere in your setup menu (at least on kenwood and pioneer) there is a option where you turn which sources come on. You have to find that menu, to get to mine I had to hold the menu button for a few seconds, the button on the actual unit

2. When I go to the setup menu, I can't go to the DVD menu, no matter what I do. The other menus work fine.

I dont think I really udnerstand this one

3. For some reason, when I have a movie playing, and turn my car back on, it turns on subtitles. It does this every time. I'd like to fix that if possible. It's not a huge deal, but slightly annoying.

That sounds like a bug to me, the same thing happens on my computer sometimes, and on ym home dvd player.

4. It would be nice if I could change the way that ID3/CD text was displayed. If I could do like song name on top and band on bottom or something like that, that'd be sweet, but I don't think it's doable

That is unit specific, I know mine you can only have it scroll one way or the other or it flips through each detail (song titile, file name, band name, folder, etc...)

What I do really like however, is how I can change the video source on all the different monitors, like have a DVD on the front, and my PS2 on the other monitors, or any combination similar.

that was the good thing about mypioneer, I havent tried it with my kenwood yet.

I knew of one like 3 years ago, but cant remember the name. It was not very reliable either, it was like $20. I have the messiah in mine, works like a charm.
