Ok so my 2500D is fried somehow. I let my brother drive my car to the store. Comes back, I go to go out, My sub is zapping out. it was night so i couldnt fix it. Just took it out for the night. Just put it back in today (thought it was a lose wire inside the box). Hook everything back up. Zaps out again. Zapping out = sounds like someone tapping on a microphone and blowing in it. I was like oh shit. Turn it all off, take out the DMM, no output from the amp. Didnt check the voice coils yet......Im waiting for my brother to get home. Obviously something happened, and he knew it, I have a feeling he knew.

He knew, he definitly knew, I mean what are the chances it shorted out when the system wasn't on? I'll tell you what I think happened

1)He was driving, bumping your shit

2) System took a shit

3) He drove home thinking about whether or not to tell you

4) He knew you would be pissed and probably bug out on him, so he didn't tell you in the hopes that you wouldn't put 2+2 together, that you would just think that it was something you did

Picture it in your head, does that seem like something your brother would do??

P.S. Younger brother? If so fvck him up, younger brothers always fvck shit up.

Nah, older brother, im 24, he is 30. Exactly. But you are exactly right, I didnt put it together that night becase I didnt have time to even look at it, plus it was night. I didnt even think about it until today when it didnt work. And I was like shit.

lol im far from a farm boy.. i didnt grow up here.. i moved here to clean up and finish school... the most removed area i could find.. no drugs or fun stuff to distract me ;0

Ok, so my brother says he didnt hear anything, didnt turn it up or anything. didnt touch settigns only tried to go through the music on the HD. Sooo.... either way the amp has to go back to Orion. This is the 3rd 2500D. I just got the 8004 to mach. Sooooooooo, now I figure out what I should do.
