I see two immediate problems with it, E.

1st: You in no way specify a timeframe in which you expect payment to be remitted following the listing coming to an end.

Don't get me wrong, friend. I'm not defending your potentially deadbeat buyer in any way. But your average eBayer doesn't completely read the item description //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif More than a few potential bidders do not pay any closer attention to any given listing outside of the item title, the pics of said item(s), and the accepted payment methods at the bottom of the listing.
