IIRC first there was one that was just called SuperTuner. Then there was a SupperTuner II that was supposed to be better then a SuperTuner III. Then it went to SuperTuner IIId or something queer like that and I do not know what the current one is called.

Sure seems to be a forum boner about that new 880PRS though! I haven't looked into it at all. Until Kenwood gives me good reason to abandon my loyalties to their eXcelon gear I don't even consider something else when looking to upgrade/replace.

I have this uncanny knack of remembering almost everything I have ever read word for word (photographic memory or some such shit?) I've got more absolutely useless knowledge in my head than any man has a right to.

I never imagined that it would be a big thing down there. Guess I really wouldnt know though.

It's as big there as it is anywhere else that has 1,000,000+ population cities. Just as big here to a degree but Australia as a whole doesn't have the same buying power so pricing over there for better quality gear is somewhat extreme. Pioneer is hugely popular. Kenwood is slowly catching on (no eXcelon gear there that I have seen though thus far so my brother in law and I will have some rather unique equipment) and Sony Xplod, sadly, is everywhere.

Interesting. Thats cool he is gonna have unique stuff, hope nobody finds out about this and tries to jack it.

As far as memory goes, I remeber what people say, and events. Stuff that is available for reference, I dont usually try to remember, but I remember where to go to get that info.

I will not buy any more pioneer stuff if i dont have to, dont know how long that will last. But theres always something out there that is equal if not better. I like my KVT-817 better than my AVHp7500. Hopefully I dont have to switch or have any problems with my kenwood. Plus it was cheaper. Ill probly stick with kenwood for a while.
