Just messing with you. What kind of car do you have? Ummm, if you aren losing gas mileage dont worry about it. Also first thing I would check is my o2 sensor.


OBD = On-board diagnosis. Just push the buttons and it tells you the code for what is wrong.

Engine Light Is On:

Car: 1997 Toyota Camry LE

It's a V6 and it's sticker said 22mpg. (iirc) I did a test a while ago and I got 17.5 mpg. But that was a while ago and I might not get as good of gas mileage now. I'll check.

But yeah... Advice?

Oh. WHat I meant was, usually when my cars have a problem, a serious one, the first thing I will notice is that I lost power, and lost gas mileage. Check your O2 sensor, One time that was the problem caused, check your fuses too, that was another simple fix. But other than that it could be anything. Oh Timing also caused it one time for me.

Put some fuel system cleaner in your car. And then get throttle cleaner, spray it all up in there and use a tooth brush and clean it out. I didnt know autozone did that for free, I thought they just did the battery thing. That sounds like a good thing, take it to them.

I dont think post count would effect that many people. Like I said before THE thread and the lounge is like a chat room for me.

That is what it SHOULD Be... but it shoudl not count towards post count... I know for fact.. if it didn't... many of the kiddies would be gone... The off topic forum has a place. It should be used as a bit of a chat room. But seriously... "ost:" as a post here even in off-topic? that aint chatting, that aint talking to anyone... half the morons talk to themselves for hours on end here... why? just because of post count...

Bleh... I don't care if u think I am just *****ing... I just think if people actually I dunno... voiced their concerns and opinions that just maybe something would be able to be fixed here?
