do i need some sort of a sawing table or something ?

not really. i just put my mdf on top of 2 blocks of wood so the jigsaw has ground clearance. im ghetto.

holy big pix 204. use that jigsaw of urs, and make sure to cut the inner circle first. makes things easier.

Drill bit as big as the blade doameter is

Inner circle if you have rings. Cutout hole if you are doing tear drop shape.

word, thats what i was going to do. we have all kinds of scrap marble slabs in the garage that the mexicans left there after they built the house, so i'll use those...

i thought it was basically just a circular piece of wood that seperated the speaker from the door?

note that these are going in doors... not in kicks or anything.
