The HC would work best with which set-up?

I have an HC ported and love it to death. I have heard that they don't like sealed boxes so I would no recommend it at all. Plus the driver can handle tonnes of power so I'd get the BX1500D since it isn't all that much more money.

340 to 1500 watts......The HC can handle it and sound good. Doesn't need a large ported enclosure either.

1000 watts would be my suggestion.

HC's can handle some real power, get as much as you can to it. I think SQLranger used them for a little bit and said they really took a beating and did good with them in SPL comps.
