the best?

You should go to a local shop (if you can) and listen to different 6x9s with the same cd and cd player. I would reccomend some MB Quarts or Bostons. Buy what ever sounds best to you because everyone has their opinion on what is the best.

 
I like the Eclipse Point Sources, they aren't very loud just make a nice accent, along with the Diamond M3's if you're looking for them to get loud.

Depends on your listening objectives. With in car cabin gain, there is no need for the extension a ported enclosure gives you.
