The best 6.5 door speakers under $300

I have a 96 savana with blown door speakers and without spending so much on speakers what will be a good buy to replace i have a pioneer tv head unit-- and as far as my budget im thinking in the realm of under $300 any suggestions

Your just replacing the door speakers and running them off the HU?
I would look into JBL or Infiniti
