System Component Choices (Alpine)

I just bought a new truck and I pretty soon I am going to install some or all of my old stereo equipment but right now I'm not sure if I want to upgrade some of my components or not. Right now what I have is a (all Alpine by the way) CDA-7949 HU (no built in amp) and an ERA-G320 Sound Field Processor with 14 band eq, BBE, Listening Position selector, Surround sound and all that good stuff running everything. For amps I have at my disposal, 1 Alpine MRP-F356 Flex5 5 channel amp, 1 MRV-F405 V12 4 channel amp and 2 MRV-1005 2 channel V12 amps. The subs were two 12 in cerwin vega speakers in a huge box but they don't have a prayer of fitting in my new truck (Chevy Colorado Crew Cab). I'll probably end up running one ten or maybe two if I'm extremely lucky. I'm also going to run the stock speakers for the time being to save on money.

To my questions then... First off, what do you think about those components, are they worthy of making the move or should I make some cuts? The Head Unit is under the most scrutiny. It was pretty badass in its day but now Alpine has some newer stuff out there worth looking at like the CDA-9815. Do the newer features make it completely worthwhile to buy a new HU? If I were to get the CDA-9815, would you suggest using the head unit’s amp to power the stock speakers or running them off one of my amps? Would the extra wire be worth it? Again, if I did get the CDA-9815, would it be worthless to use the ERA-G320 because of the head unit’s capabilities or would I still be able to use the processor and reap the benefits of both?

Any other potential problems or solutions that you see let me know...

Nobody has anything to say except the obvious "get new speakers, stockers ****"? Kind of funny, I wasn't even asking about speakers and the only reply I get is about speakers.
