just so its known, the plugs go into the TOP. where u push down to insert wire. they plug into there. check the manual, it shows what im speaking of.

Are you kidding me? Haha... You do NOT need that much power to make a Type R sound good. If people are saying my AMP does 700W RMS, then this sucker gets LOUD and clean on 700W RMS.
Just because some people have 1200-2000W RMS going to this sub, doenst mean it needs that to perform well.

Put 500-700W to each, and you'll be happier than hell.
