I hate when assholes pull up to the gas pump in their cars with a spoiler the size of my house, and then leave their craptastic system bumping with their driver door open while, they go into the gas station and buy some cheap 99 cent cigar.

I classify all these people as one's who do not get enough attention by being an all around cool person. I used to play my L5s straight jamming everywhere i went just because i liked when people would look at me. Sometimes because they were amazed that their cup of water is rippling like t-rex is comming and others because they were disguested. Mostly the second one. Now i finally realized that there is ABSOLUTLY no reason to go loud inless you are competeing about around here there are no comps so i am building my SQ system so i can listen to all the types of music i like not just songs "bump good" a.k.a. Rap. That is my .02

I used to be exactly like that too, back when I first discovered subs could get that loud. Now that I have a great SQ-based system I never even bother to crank it and try to impress random people, because I don't need to prove anything. I know deep down I have a better sounding car audio system than 95% of the people out there. Usually the only time I'll blast it is if I'm showing it off to my friends or when I have the windows up.
