Stuff to pound a ranger

Well I have been pondering for a while now about what to put in my reg cab ranger.

Here are some of my ideas,,,,, i dont know if some of this will fit so please let me know what you have or have seen and if i am just totally dreaming with some of these ideas.

or maybe 2 12s and 2 10s or eights.

3 12s

one 12 and 2 tens

please give me some suggestions as to if any of these could work in such a small truck

well im not sure... but i think u would prob be best with like3-4 8" b/c they would require a smaller enclosure... But i dont know how much room is in a ranger so dont take my word on it..

If you wanna sink some money into it, I would cut out the back of your cab, just under the back window and put a speaker box in the hole with the speakers firing inward, throw a fiberglass tonneau cover over the bed and your done. Another thing you could do is put a topper on the truck and make it into a walkthrough, the same concept as about just on a larger scale.

Reg cab Ranger doesn't have a lot of room behind the seats. You'll be lucky to get 2 10's without losing a bunch of legroom. Even with JL W0's you'll have to pull the seats up a couple notches.

The back wall is 13" from the bottom ledge to the "lip". You can fit 6.5 inches at the base without moving the seat up. About 3.5 inches at the top, and 36" wide. I know, I made a dual 10 box for one recently. Divided it into 3 sections and mounted the amp in the middle. Better to divide the volume in half and put the amp elsewhere.

The enclosures were so small we got realy crappy performance from a cheap set of subs. Now we're gonna try a pair of 8's.

Look at my setup under my profile...thats about all your gonna get in a reg cab Ranger. One dude around here had 2 Infinity 12s in a reg cab Ranger, but I can't remember who it was.
