stock stereo in a chevy SUV

what do i need to hook up an amp to the stock stereo in a 98 chevy tahoe. the amp has rca inputs but the stereo doesnt have rca outputs

please help quick

without replacing the HU, which you will probably want to do in the not too distant future, you will need a "line-out converter". it shares the signal going through your speaker wires and converts it to a rca line level out-put.

or if ur amp comes with a High input connection just splice the speaker wires and use that. I hear it's much better w/ high input on a stock head unit. better than the rca
