Their business has most likely gone through the roof, and they haven't been able to keep up with the demand. It happens.

I used to get pissed about things being "on back order" until I started doing this stuff myself....

Most of you guys couldn't even fathom how difficult it is to maintain a business where the finished product moves as quickly if not quicker than you can produce it. Try walking in their shoes before you get too awfully frustrated.
