SQ/SPL COMP Websites /w results

I know there are a bunch of SQ and SPL competitions, but I don't know any of them. Does any1 know any of the sites for them that show the results? I'm just curious to see who wins them. None of these sites tell you what kind of subs they people are using. Also, how do they judge SQ comps?
