Sound acting funny

I have a 06 Magnum SE, I started putting some music in it that I already have:
2 kicker cvr 15" subs
2 kicker cvr 12" subs
2 kicker 6x9's 3 ways in rear
2 cerwin vega 6x9's full range with horns on doors
2 cerwin vega tweets on front pillars
Cerwin Vega 7 channel eq
2000 watt cerwin vega amp with bass knob
360 watt cerwin Vega amp for the by 9s and tweeters
It sounds good but the highs cut out sometimes. I push both pairs of subs at 1 ohm for a 2 ohm load at the amp, my lights dim alot at night and was wondering would a high amp alternator fix this?

Among other obvious things that jump out, this one caught my eye...
You have 4 subs (let's just gloss over the fact that they're different sizes for right now) each wired to 1 ohm? That amp is seeing like 0.25 ohms.
If you have each subwoofer wired to 2 ohms final each, that amp is seeing 0.5 ohm impedance.
If you have them each wired to 4 ohms, then the amplifier would see 1 ohms

Too many tweeters. If I am understanding your setup, you have 10 tweeters total.
3 ways have 4 tweeters
Full range have 2
Two horns
Two on the sails
Is this correct?
