Hey I'm not trying to be a prick but this is not the best forum to post about sony. Sony are cheap and are tward to bottom of the car audio scene. Odds are you arn't going to get much of an actual reply b/c there are very few if any sony liking people on this forum. In car audio you get what you pay. If you pay a $50 sub then you arn't going to get much more than the $50 out of it. If you are looking into sony I would stay away and save your money to somthing better. That is what I am doing, I almost gots some of the P5s when they first came out and now I am glad I didn't b/c there is no way they will be able to tuch my DP when I get it. Just think about this: Sony on this forum is = to crap no affense but it is not quality stuff...

I haven't heard the newer ones (because no-one buys them... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif ); although, I did once have one almost 4years ago, and it sounded poor. From what I'm hearing the new ones still aren't worth a dime, and it's best to spend money on something you will like rather than feel like you made a mistake and/or just end up spending your money on something else.

Sure the Sony sub will add sound, but not as good as many other subs. The Sony subs aren't worth the money either.

What price range you looking at?

I've listened to them. Not worth it in my opinion.

I'd rather have a Kx series from eD for a mere $70.
