I'm not sure if i have the box i got this player in the first order shipped to the USA i had it preordered so it's not under warranty.

it opened before that Nov. 30 2k1 date...I would know because my B-day is Nov. 30th and I sure as heck wouldn't sign up on a forum while partying on that day. My join date was before December 2k1...just not sure when.
