So Im Goin Grocery Shoppin.....

natural valley granola bars veggies no white bread 12 grain is where its at meat and chicken after 160 degrees is just dead flesh so either eat it raw or only cook it a little and also salads are good haha

 
any fresh fruit and veggies...chicken is good for you, but bake it or grill it. Cereal with lots of fiber, fresh fish..again grill or bake it., water instead of soft drinks, i could go on for days
