Should I become a ricer and buy this car?

Its been a year on the rebuild and was done by a shop, I doubt that car will have any problems for awhile. Its on conservative boost, on an already reliable engine, and was put together by a shop. As long as you just drive it like a car and not go and turn up your boost it'll be a pretty sweet ride.

I actually was considering finding out how to turn down the boost lol I am guessing 12psi is going to make this car pretty quick...

i drove my old engine at 8psi and had fun
Would I have to go to a tuning shop to have the boost turned down? Oh, forgot to mention, the only thing wrong with the car(according to owner anyways) is the struts are bad because they are the stock struts with lowering springs.
