I just bought a Kenwood KDC-x859 off of Ebay and there's no way I would attempt to put the thing in myself. I'm not stupid (I think) but I would be too nervous installing it without having someone with me who knew what they were doing. I know it would end up costing me less to have a professional do it..

Do it yourself but just make sure you understand what you are doing before you set out and try to accomplish the task...not fusing the line could result in a fire and the loss of your car...but if you use common sense, understand what goes where, why it goes there, and are patient you shouldn't have any problems...definately do it yourself!

exactly, understand your system, why you have the things you do and what they do, it's an amazing learning experience
couldn't have said it better myself! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
