Yes that's a t00b..... yes I still hate t00bs......in amps. That's a Bellari Phono preamp with built in headphone amp. Jim say's it's evil because it has a bad t00b in it...but I think it's fine for vinyl.

I paid like $250 over 5 years ago for my AKGs. The differences between the AKG and Senn. 'phones is very subjective. The Senns almost always have better bass but the AKGs are midrange kings.
