I am about to wire up a second 80ah agm in the rear along with a 500f superbank. I am currently running a 300 amp alternator and a 80 amp hour agm under the hood.
I see recommendations are for 50 amp hour per 1k watts... But does that include the battery under the hood or is that recommendation just for the secondary capacity?
Also is it best to wire the 2/0 from the rear agm/superbank to the under hood agm or is it ok to wire rear agm straight to the alternator?
