Which would you prefer? I'm under the impression they're basically the same thing and that if one can tool can handle one application, so can the other one.

I just need to know which would be better for:

1. cutting straight lines (mdf)

2. cutting circles (mdf)

3. cutting fiberglass

I had a dremel-compatible mini-rotary tool that I was cutting fiberglass with (bit #542) and all of it sudden it just stopped and won't turn on. took the case off and checked all wires were still hooked/soldered up, but still no go. So I need a new rotary tool asap so I can finish cutting.

which is better; no, wait, which is better for the applications I've mentioned above?

probably the same thing, the rotozip has an availible circle took that expands pretty large..i usd it once and it came out ok. Now i use cnc machines //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
