I disagree... Personally I think Rockford is way overpriced and there are many subs and amps that blow Rockford straight out of the water. Personally I'd rather have an Infinity Perfect or a W7 and many other subs (too many to list) over a hx2.

alot of people seem to dislike rockford for stupid reason......I bet alot of people never really used rockford fosgate products but now i am not saying everybody but i know some havent and it also depend on what type music you listen to and what are you expecting to get out of system compition or sq...i dont knock anything til i try it. lol not even boss stuff. They are must be ok cause i have seen people with boss and there system sounds good.

i agree rf is one of the best subs for the price you can get tehm for you can get the power hx2 for like 259 on the net as for jl and shit you will pay alot more the w7 is some thi like 500 a piece yea infinity is sweet but they are expensive too and they are for sq mostly not spl and wen you over power them the cone sometimes seperates from the suround. this is what i think too but thats just my opinion.

I've tried Rockford products before and they are not worth the money. I had an 800.2 and it was not worth the money I paid for it. I'd much rather have a JBL 1200.1 than the 800.2 and the 1200.1 is about $100 cheaper so... I've also seen a 3 hx2s bust out a rear window in an Expedition but they just aren't as impressive as other subs I have seen

anywho, opinions are like as#$%^, everyone has one, me2!

again enviroment has ALOT to do with how a sub sounds as well as the power going to it. rf, kicker,mtx,cv,idq,treo,OZ and the list goes on and on and on all make quality stuff and after that it becomes a matter of personal preferance. some are better than others, the fun comes in listening to them and trying to beat them and then deciding for yourself!

i used to sell those to stores "FuNky PuP" woofers lol the 10's at our cost were under a buck and the 12's were under 2 bucks and the 15's were about 3.50 and a good paper weight weighed more lol and for someone of my taste....i have seen more pure junk than i care to admit
