Hey very new to this scene just want a bit of advice for what I should use to power my Rockford R2D2-12. I've found a cheap fusion CA-DA411400, would this be a suitable fit? Thanks in advance for any words of advice.
Specs for amp:
  • Peak Power (Watts): 1400
  • Rated Power (Watts): 150 Watts RMS x 4 @ 4 Ohm 1% THD+N 220 Watts RMS x 4 @ 2 Ohm 1% THD+N 440 Watts RMS x 2 @ 4 Ohm Bridged 1% THD+N
Specs for sub:
  • Peak Power: 500 Watts
  • RMS Power: 250 Watts
  • Nominal Impedance: Dual 2-Ohm

It's not a great match, primarily because the amp is a 4 channel. You can't combine all 4 channels to power the sub.
However, you COULD bridge two channels to run the sub leaving the other two available to run a pair of full range speakers.
