Realtime automatic updates

Been testing near realtime automatic updates to messages and private conversations, for users who are logged in. In other words, no need to refresh the page to see a new message. Does anyone have any input on this, or issues with functionality?

It works. I have seen new replies pop up as I am replying to a thread. It also does not move the page, it just shows a pop up alerting you of a new reply.
