radio reception driving me crazy

i have a kenwood KRC601/punch 100 amp/2 12" kicker subs/ and a Duraband 10disc cd changer in my dodge ramcharger. the cd changer is controlled by FM modulator remote.

Q: iswhen i am sitting still the radio reception is fine (sometimes), but going down the road it comes and goes. replace the whole antenna assembly. checked all my grounds with meter, good.

any ideas????
