question oh rf punch hx2

i have 2 punch hx2s and im not goin to have my car for a while now. one of my friends wants to put them in his car but his amp isnt big enough. it will only give 200 rms to each sub. the rfs say the rms is 100-500 so i was wonderin if this would be under powering them? would it do damage to the sub with this little power or would it be ok. thanks for any info cuz i need it.
