problem with tantrum 1200

i jsut bought 2 phoenix gold tantrums 1200.1

one of my amps jsut ***** the sub in right at power up and then doesnt work. IT worked for less than an hour and now its shot and going back to phoenix gold. I have no idea what i did wrong??? if anything????

it just ***** the sub in.

make sure your subs are wired right and check the ohms, make sure the config on the amps is set to lp/lp, the amp ***** up mad power from your car try running just one amp at a time.

i have the same amp and have had nothing but good luck with mine, same with some others on this site, i think afew on the site had problems with theres but not the same as your problem.

what kind of subs.

where did you get the amps from are they new or refurbs.

i have never had a problem like your's, i'd just recheck everything and try one amp at a time on each sub one at a time.

there refurbs and theres a 90 day warranty so i sent it in. they would **** it in for a sec and then jsut dead. and it wasnt my subs they worked on the other PG tantrum. hopefully it was jsu t a one time bad deal and this isnt gonan be a hassle. when they were both going and my power HX2's were MAD loud.
