Premier DEX-P78 vs Alpine 9813/15

I currently have a Pioneer Premier DEX-P78 and I was thinking about getting a new Head Unit. I have found 2 units at good prices and they are the Alpine 9813 and the 9815. I only want to buy locally because I am from Canada and I'll get screwed with boarder duties and brokerage fees buying from the US.

I was just wondering how the Alpine 9813/15 compaires to the DEX-P78. Is it worth the change? or is the DEX-P78 a better unit?

I had a P1R........sold it to get the 9815......go with the Alpine......no contest.

Awsome thanks guys. I know my deck was IMO high end when I got it, so I just didn't know how it would live up to the new alpines that are mid level such as the 9813 and 9815's. (I know they are last years).

I just have a store that is semi local selling the B Stock 9813/15's for a great price in Canada.
