potential system, opinions requested

I have about $700 to spend and I'm looking for a good system.

What do you guys think about 4 6.5" Adire Kodas with 4 Infiniti Kappa tweeters. What is a good amp? Crossovers? Is the factory speaker wire good enough('91 Nissan)? The Pioneer deck I have is a DEH - 4400 50Wx4 CD deck. It is about two years old but plays well still and costed like $250 ish if I remember correctly

I just want a crisp, clear, clean sound that hits all frequencies (obviously not extremely low bass w/o subs) and isn't going to get distorted at high volumes.
