Tell me what you think. The subs+amp(for subs) will come later when I have more money.

HU: Pioneer Premier 7400MP (when it comes out!)

CS: Infinity Kappa Perfect6.1 100W RMS/400W PEAK

or

Infinity Kappa 60.3CS 90W RMS/270W PEAK

--------about $100 cheaper than the Perfect6.1

AMP: Not definitely sure, but thinking about getting Rockford Fosgate Power 450S or Punch 400S

450S- 112Wx2@4, 225x2@2

400S- 100Wx2@4, 200x2@4

For the rear speakers: I'm going to leave the stocks in and hook it up through the head unit. I'm really not going to hear them and I figure why waste the money/power out of an amp.

I'm definite on the HU, semi-definite on the speakers, and not so sure about the amp.

Thanks.

The system sounds great to me. It will be up to your ears to determine if you want the perfects or not. If your satisfied with the cheaper pair then don't spend the extra $100 for the Perfects. In my experience with using Rockford amps for mids and highs, I was not impressed at all. Not very efficiant and premature distortion. I did a side by side comparison in my car with a Punch 400.4 and an Alpine 35 watts per channel. The Alpine blew the Rockford away in all categories. The Alpine was cheaper too.

Ah ok. Well what wattage amp should I get? 100perchannel?

Also, the tweeters get wired separately from the midrange, so i actually ahve 4 channels?

How many effing channels/wattage do I need?

If the Infinities didn't come with a crossover, get one. You should only need a 2 channel amp for the front pair. I run a 50x4 Alpine 3554 on two sets of Boston 6.5's. 100x2 sounds like overkill for a pair. Later

They come with a crossover, but here's the thing: the infinity's rms at 100W so i dont want to lose anything on them.
