Go with the pioneer it has better displays and better power(in my opinion), and ive seen/heard people with panasonic's that have broke after a few months.

i love my panasonic, ive had it 1 year, only 1 minor prob that was fixed 4 free. and it was a connetion prob. plus the display is phat and easy to use.
