Pioneer head unit problem

I have a pioneer head unit with mosfet 50x4 internal amp. Just today something went wrong. The head unit comes on and the screen display works and everything but theres no sound coming out of the speakers, and thre brand new pioneer speakers. I checked the wires going into the head unit and the speaker wires and there all connected.

Does Anybody know what could be wrong.

How many speakers do you have, 2 or 4, because if it's 2, your fader, from front to back, is just set wrong.

or maybe a Crap Fuse

Check your fuse, it might of half blown so the deck is only getting enough power to turn on the lights(which isn't much)

uhh thats the only thing that comes to my mind, it might also be something stupid like a setting on your stereo got changed, something like, you can make it only put power to the preouts.

you install your self?

cause some wires might have crossed or something, and fried you internal amp in your deck. or some wires got pinched somewhere, did you pull the whole wire and run your fingers along it, because it doesn't always affect the insulator covering of the wire, just the wire inside it's self.

if it's new, send it to the manufacture to get fixed, cause it should have a standard warrenty.

Sorry man i've got nothing. some sounds should be coming out tho. not nothing at all. so it's a connection

Hey, thanks for responding knocturnaldrive.

I got in my car today and turned on the ignition and the stereo came on full blast so i dont know what the problem was, it worked fine all day.

Thanks for the info anyway. I don't what would cause it to work one day but not the next thats really strange.

Anyway just if you were wondering i do have 4 speakers in the back and in the door and i had the stereo professionaly installed in the dash but i did put the speakers in myself which was real easy so i doubt i messed anything up.
