Does the Phoenix Gold Octane-R 15 0:1 1500 watt amp really put out 1500 true watts into a 1 ohm load. I question the specs because it sais "1500@1ohms (max)" Does that still mean it will still put out 1500@1 ohm RMS continuously? Has anyone used it before?
