Paralleling non bridgeable amplifiers

I have two skar rp2000.1D and currently running them each at 2ohm on on a single dual 2ohm 15in sub. These amps are not strappable from the factory but I was wondering if a circuit such as this would work to combine them and have them each run at .5ohm.

Sell both. Get a 2 ohm model Taramps MD8000.
