Panasonic CQ-HX1083U Trouble

I recently took this HU out of my car and put it in my gf's car. She has been having nothing but problems with it. The display gets all messed up and doesn't display some pixels, it will play a cd/mp3 cd for 15 minutes, then starts giving me E1 & E2 errors. I don't know what the hell is wrong with it. I installed it in a '98 Hyundai Sonata and all the wiring is correct. Can you guys give me some ideas as to wtf is wrong with this pos?
