painting RC body, any paint besides lexan>?

i got a new skyline body for my hpi rs4, and forgot to order PAINT! any other kind of paint stick to lexan besides the water or lacquer based stuff they recommend>?

Use Krylon Fusion, works just the same. I used it on my old Tmaxx as well as my Team Losi XXX-S

^^ No, and shut the **** up before you start talking about this again.

Use only acrylic or lacquer based lexan paints. Others do not stick as well and don't stand up in an airbrush as well. I've got a book on RC car body painting, you can get it off towerhobbies.com

Urethanes will work, and if you use an adhesion promoter, just about any rattlecan paint will work. Don't sweat it.

I've painted cars with Createx, Auto-Air, and Testors, as well as cheap rattlecan paint.

If you're worried about it, use rattlecan clear or 2k clearcoat.

tamiya spray paint will work just as good...i like their products for my plastic model cars...
