how would you prefer it seamed? I've always preferred a seam like the pic over a corner seam.
Flush mounted subs isn't really something that has been requested. Its also something I don't want to get into... the flush has to be tight around the sub, any give and it doesnt look right. I can make it tight for a sub I have on hand here, but I wouldn't trust shipping a box that I didn't know without a shadow of a doubt fit the sub properly.

Tight corners... ? The carpet wraps around the corner as tight as its gonna get... I'm not sure what more you want.

I havent had good experience with hifonics products at all...

My orion 2500d was putting out 1800 watts wired to a comparable .5 ohm... and this was at 11 volts.

I had the opportunity to be on team hifonics, but after going to the HQ and talking with John something or other.... I decided against it. Some of the claims he made were off the wall, when I had already tested some of the products, and they were weak.

Autotek mm4000 puts out 8kw... my arse... wired to 2 ohm you can expect a whopping 1600-1800 watts, with good voltage. It doesnt like to wire down either, its very very picky. Not to mention all the BS with the balanced line drivers...

I should be able to test a 20.1 sometime this season. I don't think it would be comparable to the 2500d... but you also have to consider the 20.1 comes with a full warranty at that price.

The 2500d can be had for cheaper, with a warranty, but you have to know where to go.

If you dont care about a warranty and know how to use the 2500d... the refurbs and random ebay deals available are CRAZY for such a powerful and effeciant amp.

well, the 20.1 is strappable... which is nice.

other options for big power strappable would be the powerbass xa3000d.
