ohms, ohms, and more ohms

OK, I guess what im trying to get at is: I want four RE8's what I want to know is how should/can I wire them. I would like to you use my kenwood KAC-7201 (460 watts RMS @ 2 Ohms) What do you recomend?

wire em all in parallel thatll give you a 2 ohm load.
wiring them all in parallel would give you a half ohm load...

you should wire 2 of them together in series so you have 2 pairs of seriesed subs and then parallel the 2 pairs and you get a 2 ohm load

so 460 for 4 RE8s? i'd say no, give them 175-200 each and they'll be great, you'll be looking for an amp that puts out 700w-800w rms at 2 ohms

Yeah, if you haven't bought em yet, then get a matching third sub. I would wire them to 1.3ohm, unless for some reason, you have some really...

Follow the wiring diagram for the final 1 ohm load for the 6.5s and the 1k amplifier...
