Not sure I understand the question but ohm has more to do with wiring. Your amp has to be rated to accept the ohm you are shotting for and your sub has to be wired right to attain that ohm as well.

You shouldn't be running different watts to subs wired to one amp, if you are there is something wrong unless the amp is designed to give different amounts of power (some multi channel amps are able to be bridged to a sub and still have 4 channels for the mids and highs)
